If you own a site, you can hide its reports and stop SiteGrader grading it. It's free, needs no account, and you can undo it the same way.
You'll publish it on the homepage, in DNS or as a file, to show the site is yours.
A group for SiteGraderBot in your robots.txt does the same: the next time anyone tries to grade the site, SiteGrader reads it, stops, and hides the site's reports.

A rule for every crawler (User-agent: *) does not keep SiteGrader off your homepage, because such rules are usually meant for search engines. Only a rule that names SiteGraderBot does. How SiteGraderBot treats robots.txt
